Ordinary Shnordinary

Getting set in your ways is a common theology. You tell yourself a story enough times and you will have no choice but to believe it. It seems like common knowledge to me and even to some of you, but it’s astonishing how many people don’t believe in their own power.

Falling into the trap of “well this is who I am” is nonsense. You’re not a mouse. You’re a human being with incredible senses and the ability to make your own decisions for your greater good.

You don’t have to follow in someone else’s footsteps when those impressions make you less than who you are supposed to be. You’re not a monkey. Why would you choose to mimic self inflicted limitations? You actually have the infinite ability to be whoever you want to be. It’s your choice.

You are not your parents or your aunt or uncle or your teacher from the 4th grade so why would you act like them? If I were you I would take one good character trait from each of them and throw the rest in the trash. Choose to take on only the positive qualities and see how tall you stand.

You have been thinking the wrong things about yourself for long enough. It’s time to break out of the chains that bind you and set yourself free.  Everyone will be better for it. Especially you.

Focus on all that is good and more good will find you.

It’s really not that deep. You decide you are someone else. You emphatically believe and know that you are better than what you say you are. You start telling yourself and everyone around you who you are now and guess what?

One day you’re going to wake up and say, “Holy freholies Batman! What was I thinking?  I’m not ordinary!  Ordinary Shnordinary!”

You can do this.  I know you can.

Do you?
